As-Salamu Alaiykum

Purley Masjid is pleased to announce that 1st of Ramadan will be on Saturday 25th April.  May Allah accept our fasts, In Sha Allah The Ramadan timetable can be downloaded here.

Taraweeh will commence from tomorrow - Friday 24th April, after Isha.

As we continue the lockdown brought by Coronavirus, and in order to help to make this a blessed Ramadan, tomorrow we will send a handy guide on ‘How to Perform Taraweeh at Home

Shaykh Suliman Gani, Imam of Purley Masjid, will be giving short reminders every day 30 minutes before Iftar / Maghrib.  Please log-in to the Purley Masjid Mixlr station to listen to these

Mash’Allah, historically Purley Masjid has been overwhelmed by the generosity of our Musallees with donations of food for Iftar.  Since Iftar at the Masjid is not possible, we would request you to donate to the Purley Masjid Food Bank, which is working hard to support the community, especially during these challenging times See here on how to donate:

(Note that the Food Bank is currently closed for food donations; the best way is to donate money and the volunteers can buy the items)

We have seen a significant reduction of donations since the lockdown.  Purley Masjid still have running costs to pay. Please help with the running costs by donating here:
